I’m Paul Cardoso, a full-time Realtor® with Everhome Real Estate, a Bay Area local, foodie, community supporter, and someone who believes good real estate service combines clear advice, thoughtful strategy, and hands-on follow-through. Before becoming a Realtor® in 2018, I worked for 14 years as an aviation mechanic, systems builder, and facilities manager with United Airlines, Bombardier, and Stanford University.
While working full time at Stanford University, I also earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. My professional background taught me how to diagnose problems, manage projects, coordinate people, and build practical plans when there are a lot of moving parts. From reviewing homes and explaining options to coordinating repairs, inspections, preparation, staging, and pricing, I like being hands-on where it counts. My goal is to help people make smart decisions with more clarity and less pressure.
